While we get answers to what the Designer helped the rogues plan, we don’t actually get details. They sold out here in a matter of hours. Is this one of those Joker's Daughter thing? The same 20 "collectors" are going to be buying and selling this issue amongst themselves (graded and priced in the triple digits, of course) and it's going to be sad.
I get that it’s a new character, and you have to find a way to make it work, but this isn’t that way.
He has a new plan for Gotham City, and he’s not... Why are the rogues acting like a bunch of gullible, brainwashed children with him?
And, quite frankly, if I’m going to pay $3.99 for a 20-page comic, I expect it to be better.Jorge Jimenez steps in to cover art for this issue, and because I love his work, I welcome him to the book.
Not sure though Hell Arisen #3 will be Punchline’s first full appearance. I would be mad if I spent more than the comic cover price for this! Bruce Wayne
$3.99 Repeat.By the end of the issue, it all felt so generic and vague that I ultimately just want this arc to end.

Nearly the entire issue is just people standing around and talking, and I have the suspect that Jimenez was as desperate for something to happen as I was. (My shop tends to try to order as few copies of each comic possible each week so there isn’t a lot of inventory carrying over to the next week.) Most publishers do just that "building up the hype".
