The premise of this app is great but how the developers have chosen to implement it is SO WRONG! Alerts are initiated by authorized public safety officials to deliver location-based notifications and are not issued by OnSolve or its staff. It ALSO has no way to access the 57 alerts it has listed nor the message option on the program to read updates.
