Hours or services may differ due to COVID-19. El Zarape Mexican Restaurant is home to Garden City's finest Mexican cuisine in all of Southwest Kansas. My personal favorites are pastor, barbacoa, ranchero and discada. They had five Mexican ladies and a guy cooking as fast as they could go. Real beef not ground 3) soft taco - I would have been content with 2 4) Bean Tostada - last to eat, a little soggy, but good. Tortillas on my tacos were hand made and when coupled with the onion and cilantro, the food was vibrant and colorful. One of very few good Mexican places open and offered online ordering for pick up or delivery.
