The SWAT Team along with Aguado share immediate skepticism with Ace's actions. Later while chewing packs and packs of gum to remove the kiss and trying to rescue Marino and Snowflake, Einhorn catches Ace and a struggle ensues in which after trying to shoot Ace, Einhorn is disarmed. Ace points out that it was the reason that Finkle killed Roger Podactor, since he realized his true identity ("He found Captain Winky"). Now with concrete proof against Einhorn, Ace makes a short humiliating speech (directed at Einhorn) and revealing to the Miami PD that Finkle made two costly mistakes in not perfecting his disguise. When the police arrive on Einhorn's orders, she demands them to arrest Ace, but Melissa puts a stop to it by holding Emilio hostage and convinces them to hear Ace out. Can’t really blame her, since he is constantly getting his rocks off by demonstrating how much cleverer he is. Unbeknownst to anyone is that Finkle escaped from Shady Acres, had kidnapped Einhorn and presumably murdered her in order to assume her identity in a subtle attempt at revenge for his former team. When Ace found out that he missed him in his investigation, this leads him to Finkle's hometown.

This leads Ace to test his theory by first pulling at Lt. Einhorn's hair as Ace believes it to be a wig, which doesn't move as it's Einhorns actual hair.

His investigation is a source of constant aggravation for Miami police lieutenant Lois Einhorn (Sean Young), who turns out to be packing more than a pistol under her skirt. Ace mentions he feels some discomfort by telling her, "Your gun is digging into my hip." He was the former popular kicker for the Miami Dolphins group, but was ultimately dismissed for costing the team a Super Bowl win. Mr. Finkle thinks that his wife is senile and says Ray's obession with the lost championship caused Mr. Finkle to commit his son to Shady Acres Mental Hospital. Einhorn orders the officers to ignore her, but the entire Miami PD decides to hear him out. She forces herself on top of Ace and delivers a passionate kiss in an attempt to seduce him.

Lois Einhorn : Listen, pet dick. [walks in with Melissa, gun to his head]  Marino whispers something to Ace who then looks at the back of Einhorn. After a few moments, Dan Marino calls Ace over to him from behind Einhorn. He was originally known as Ray Finkle, an aspiring football player who was drafted by the Miami Dolphins as their kicker in the mid season. The whole Miami PD are shocked to see the penis in front of them.

Mrs. Finkle shares Ray's embitterment with Dan Marino whom he blamed for the missed field goal by leaving the laces in, rather than out, which cost the Dolphins the Super Bowl and caused the entire town to turn against him.
