I've been to several, including Niagara from the Canadian side. There are plenty of bike racks at the park. We took the gondola up and then walked around and did the 2.5 km hike along the river. There is a restaurant at the mansion and take and go food places. During a visit, you can get close to it in a number of different ways and feel all its might. Its 83-metre-high waterfall dominates the landscape.
The current call volume is causing long waiting times. We didn't head down the panoramic stairs as that would be hard to do with a baby/stroller in tow...heck looking from a far, it even looked difficult for your average person!
Came here as part of our trip to Quebec City. It is a tough choice, the waterfalls and surrounding foliage are pretty most of the year: spring when the trees and flowers and in blossom, summer when the heat of the sun kisses your skin, autumn when the trees turn gold and rust and ruby, and winter when everything is white and sparkly. Apparently this is taller than Niagara Falls.This park is definitely recommended if you're visiting Quebec City. The walking bridge above falls is phenomenal.

Tourists with a fine palate will appreciate one of the best brunches in the region, served at the Montmorency Manor.Beautiful Montmorency Falls Park is just a few minutes from downtown Québec City. Open: upper part of Montmorency Falls (parking lots, information kiosk and pedestrian access). The view is breathtaking, even in the winter! I would highly recommend checking hours though, as it does limited operations during the offseason.The falls isn't as huge as niagara falls, and it's partially green, but it's a nice park to enjoy walking through.There are two paid parking areas for the Montmorency Falls (north and south end).Montmorency Falls should be visited for many reasons, ranging from natural beauty to the legend of the White Lady and for serving as a prelude to the world historical Battle on the Plains of Abraham about a month and a half later.This is a great place to spend two hours. It felt refreshing after all the walking. We bikes from Old Down. Recommended option. You can either take a walk up the stairs from the main road (approx 500 steps) or you can drive up to the manor and it's a 5 min walk to get on top of the falls.
