Actress Stirling Gallacher, who plays Paula in the soap, has been cast in Casualty, but that doesn’t mean she’s giving up her role on the cobbles. She commented on the advantage of playing two completely different characters, adding: "They're very slick shows, and both roles are really different, so that makes it easy to dip in and out of each.
