I made it the way it said, not thinking of how I made buttercream frosting in the past, and the proportion of butter to confectioners sugar did not seem right after I made it - checked my other buttercream receipes and this one definitely has a lot more butter/confectioner sugar ratio than any of my other ones - is it supposed to be a frosting or a sugar butter???
