I do understand the negative reviews for the pool users, it was packed the entire summer (pool = 3.5). First I am NOT a Tennis player my membership is swimming and the gym. The club seems to always be putting on special events and tournaments for the members. Fun place to play and great to watch pro/charity matches. If you are a high level player or a beginner just starting out, I couldn't give a better recommendation.

Tip #2:  when there is an event in progress, do not interrupt that event trying to take care of business that can be taken care of at the end of the event. Had a great time !

Recently, an interested buyer of the underlying land and the property owner approached the City at a staff level (our planning staff) to determine what would be required to accommodate residential uses at the site. The Tennis Club is excited to become the first private club with a dedicated membership for Pickleball in Newport Beach. Parking is horrible and the facility a little dated but it served its purpose. There's an air of class, which we like, without the pretentiousness that so many tennis clubs have. I know that I will NEVER hold an event at this tennis club because of what I've witnessed today. As soon as you enter you will see a colorful court which I  thought was pretty cool. The staff in the pro shop are helpful and great with matching you up with people at your level.

The pool in the summer is full of families that found the perfect place to bring the kids. As a premier events venue we cater to all types of banquets and events. Great people!
